Your program includes an initial course of 6-10 weeks of medication, depending on the appropriate dosage for you (1ML vial of Semaglutide or 2ML vial of Tirzepatide). In addition to the medication, all necessary supplies, shipping, and ongoing support from our nursing team are provided. The medication will be shipped directly to your location, and a registered nurse will remain available to address any questions you may have regarding side effects, dosing adjustments, or other concerns. Our goal is to ensure that you feel fully supported throughout the treatment process. You will have direct access to our team for any individual needs that may arise. Initial Cost: Semaglutide: $650 ($325 per month) Tirzepatide: $750 ($375 per month) After 6 weeks, we will reassess your progress, adjusting the dosage if necessary to better support your weight loss objectives. Typically, higher doses are associated with more significant weight loss results. Should you require refills, we will arrange for the medication to be reordered and shipped directly to you. Refill pricing varies based on the vial size you choose, with vial options ranging from 1ML to 5ML. Larger vials may last up to one year, reducing costs to as low as $60 per month. For patients who are already receiving Semaglutide or Tirzepatide from another provider and are seeking to transfer their care to us, we offer medication management services. At this point, you should be familiar with the medication, including how to manage the dosage and any potential side effects. Whether you have not yet achieved your weight loss goals or are looking to maintain your current progress with lower doses, we can provide the necessary refills. Refills are available by the vial, with pricing determined by the vial size (1ML to 5ML). Larger vials may last up to one year, with costs as low as $60 per month. Transferring Patient Office Fee: $125 (one-time fee, in addition to vial cost).
